Integrating Digital Trade Infrastructure into the Union Civil Protection Mechanism

This document, submitted by the DigitalTrade4.EU consortium, provides targeted feedback to the European Commission on its proposal COM(2025) 548 final for a new Regulation on the UCPM. We represent a pan-European coalition of 108 organisations’including trade associations, logistics providers, banks, insurers, and technology innovators’from 17 EU and 22 non-EU countries, united in our mission to advance legally sound, interoperable digital trade systems.
